Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Partner based in Gurugram. The Business Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s growth objectives. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, overseeing operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Strategic planning and business development skills
- Strong analytical skills for market research and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively
- Leadership and team collaboration capabilities in a professional setting
- Familiarity with water treatment industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or environmental sectors
