Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Partner, located in Mumbai. The Business Partner will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects and compliance with licensing and regulatory obligations. Responsibilities include managing usage rights and licensing agreements, consulting on budgeting and cost estimations, and overseeing vendor relationships. The role also includes periodic performance reporting and ensuring adherence to compliance processes while supporting strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities for managing licensing, usage rights, and compliance processes
- Proficiency in budget management, cost estimation, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse clients
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
- Familiarity with advertising, media production, or legal requirements in licensing and commercial compliance is a plus
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field
- Onboarding new clients
