Job Requirements
Act as a Business Partner to develop embedded Agentic Business Processes and Identify, Design & Deliver AI Agents that create measurable Business Value. The incumbent will partner with Business teams to convert operational challenges into intelligent Agentic AI solutions, decision intelligence and natural language interaction with enterprise data.
- The role will drive Jakson Group's Agentic AI journey by combining business process understanding with modern Microsoft AI technologies including Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Architect, build, deploy and maintain enterprise agents using Azure AI Foundry & Python. Define agent workflows, orchestration logic, business rules and exception handling.
- Lead end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) comprising use-case identification, functional requirement documentation, agent design & technical specifications, agent development, quality assurance, user acceptance and continuous improvement & support.
- Own Documentation and adherence to change control policies & procedures.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to identify agentic opportunities and translate business use case into measurable success criteria for agentic initiatives. Prioritise use cases based on business impact, feasibility, data readiness and strategic alignment.
- Act as a strategic link between business stakeholders, shared IT COEs and agentic solution partners to facilitate development & deployment of LLM-based AI agents.
- Implement agents with appropriate information security, governance and compliance controls. Develop & ensure compliance with Data & AI policies, standard operating procedures and data governance. Ensure timely upgrades of landscape to latest standards.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, training sessions for adoption and realised business benefits.
- Collaborate with Data & AI team for solution architecture, data quality & readiness and agent development.
- Organize scheduled progress reviews and track deliveries as per agreed timelines & cost and provide updates to business stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with Data & AI vendors and periodically review SLA adherence & delivery quality.
- Own uptime, integrity, performance, security and support SLA adherence of AI technology landscape.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Work Experience
Technical & Functional Skills:
B.E. / B. Tech (Computer Science / Data Science or a related field)
- 12+years of experience in Data Science & Analytics with minimum 3 years in a lead role for agent development.
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, LLM integrations, and Python programming for data engineering and machine learning.
- Knowledge of Power BI & Microsoft Fabric including OneLake, Data Factory & Synapse.
- Deployed at least one AI agent from conceptualization to design to delivery in a large enterprise.
- Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
