Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on intern to support our growing community and marketing efforts. This role involves working across community outreach, community management, marketing operations, content coordination, and brand partnerships. You’ll help manage existing communities, ensure smooth marketing execution, track campaign performance, and assist in building meaningful collaborations with brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Outreach
Research relevant communities/event hosts as per event categories, pitch the platform use case and onboard communities to ensure event listing.
• Manage Community Accounts
Build strong relationships with onboarded communities, understand their needs, and ensure consistent engagement over time.
• Support Marketing Operations
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Coordinate Content & Communication
Help schedule and organize content across platforms that reflects community stories and drives brand messaging.
• Assist in Brand Partnerships
Support the end-to-end process of identifying, pitching, and managing brand partners—from initial outreach to execution.
• Contribute to Growth Thinking
Bring in ideas that improve how we manage communities, communicate our brand, and scale our efforts sustainably.
You'd be a great fit if you:
• Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with data and basic analytics tools
• Passionate about community building and brand storytelling
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management is a plus
• Prior experience in marketing or account management internships is an advantage but not mandatory
