ABOUT THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
This is the most important hire we are making in 2026. You will sit directly with the founders and act as the nerve centre that connects sales, vendors, production, and clients into one seamless experience.
This is not a support role. You will make decisions, own processes, and be accountable for outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Internal operations Prepare weekly MIS for review · Maintain CRM - contacts, order history, conversations · Track payments · Support planning
- Order Management Collect advance payment and confirm order · Create order card in tracker · Communicate delivery timeline to client · Keep order tracker updated daily across all active orders
- Vendor & Ops Coordination Daily vendor check-ins on production status · Flag delays before they reach the client · Coordinate with field executive on pickups and deliveries · Run QC checklist on all incoming goods
- Client Servicing Respond to all enquiries · Create and send quotations · Brief freelance designer for mockups · Maintain follow-up cadence until PO received
- Dispatch & Post-Delivery Confirm dispatch · Share tracking with client · Confirm delivery receipt · Trigger balance invoice on delivery · Send feedback form
- Team Coordination Manage field executive day-to-day · Onboard and brief packing staff · Manage freelance designer turnaround
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF
- You have 2-4 years of experience in operations or client servicing, ideally in gifting, events, e-commerce.
- You are a natural communicator warm, clear, and prompt.
- You are genuinely organised. You use lists, trackers, and reminders without being told to.
- You are comfortable in a small team where you will wear multiple hats and build systems that don’t exist yet.
- You are based in Delhi NCR and available in-office or at vendor/client locations when needed.
