Job Title: Business Operations & Vendor Management & Partnerships – Textile Trading & New Businesses
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Reporting: Founder/Business Head
Role Overview:
Support the textile trading and new business initiatives by managing new partnerships, vendor coordination, accounts follow-up, and operational tasks. Ensure smooth order execution between textile mills and garment exporters in Delhi NCR. Also support new business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with mills/vendors for fabric sourcing, dispatches, and payments.
- Maintain records, invoices, and order tracking sheets.
- Client and Vendor Evaluations.
- New business research, initiatives, partnerships, strategic alignments and SOPs.
- Assist in client communication (emails, follow-ups, sample dispatches).
- Handle office administration and basic accounts support.
- Report daily progress to the Founder.
- New business operations.
- New business partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration.
- 2–4 years’ experience in partnerships, vendor coordination, accounts, or operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Willing to grow into a broader role over time.
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
