Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Team Lead / Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities, MIS reporting, process improvements, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel, MIS Reporting, SLA/KPI Management, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage end-to-end business operations & reporting activities
✔ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for management review
✔ Develop and automate dashboards using Advanced MS Excel
✔ Monitor KPIs, SLAs & operational metrics to achieve targets
✔ Identify process gaps and implement improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
✔ Perform data analysis for business decisions & strategic planning
✔ Ensure accuracy, consistency & timely delivery of reports
✔ Collaborate with Sales, Finance & Operations teams
✔ Handle stakeholder communication and provide actionable business insights
✔ Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, errors & turnaround time
✔ Manage and mentor team members where applicable
Required Skills & Competencies:
🔹 Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
🔹 Dashboard Creation, Automation, Power Query, Macros/VBA (Preferred)
🔹 MIS Reporting & Data Analysis Expertise
🔹 SLA, KPI & TAT Tracking Knowledge
🔹 Six Sigma / Lean Methodologies Understanding
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
🔹 Experience in fast-paced operational environments
Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt Preferred)
✅ Experience in Business Operations / Sales Operations / Process Excellence
✅ Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) CRM
✅ Power BI knowledge – Added Advantage
Experience Required:
📌 5–6 years in Business Operations, MIS, or Reporting Roles
📌 1–3 years in Team Leadership / Managerial Role (Preferred)
