Location: Delhi
Role Summary
The candidate will act as a key bridge between business leadership and the sales team structure, ensuring stronger execution, process discipline, customer servicing standards, and scalable growth systems across the Health Insurance business.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA (Sales / Marketing / Insurance / Finance preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Experience Required
- 5–6 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services Industry
- Experience in team coordination, business strategy, or sales operations preferred
- Candidates with a fresh and adaptable mindset preferred over conventional insurance sales-only background
