About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to support day-to-day operational activities and cross-team coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and internal coordination
- Support process management, documentation, and reporting
- Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks
- Help in research, analysis, and operational improvements
- Support leadership with ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience
- Strong involvement in extracurricular activities during college, preferably at an organizing or leadership level
- Candidates who have appeared for competitive exams (cleared or not) are encouraged to apply
- Any professional certifications or additional courses will be a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
