Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Business Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring the smooth execution of key processes. Responsibilities include managing operational strategies, streamlining workflows, analysing business performance, managing cross-functional programs, and supporting financial and budgetary planning. This role is critical in driving efficiency and contributing to the company’s overall success.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Business Operations and Operations Management to optimize processes and resource utilization
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in Excel
- Ability to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement operational improvements
- Prior experience in a fashion or retail industry role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Fashion
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
