Role : The Business Operations Manager will serve as the critical bridge between the Business team and the Operations team. You will ensure that the P&L objectives, marketing leads, and product updates are executed seamlessly by the sales and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution: Translate business strategies into actionable outcomes and workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Span will include managing cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Support and Technology teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel or customer journey and implement process improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking: Responsible for the center's performance by providing real-time insights to the Business Manager.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to ensure the team has the right tools and product knowledge to deliver outcomes.
- Feedback Loop: Capture ground-level insights from Sales and Customer Support to influence future product features and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Management (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Category Management or Program Management, preferably in New-age Startups.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data tools (Excel) to interpret datasets and drive decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional bilingual communication skills (Regional language/English) to manage local teams and stakeholders effectively.
