Business Operations Manager in JaipurCompany DescriptionMundoprints is a fast-growing, tech-enabled Print-on-Demand (PoD) platform disrupting the traditional printing industry across India and Mexico. We empower small and medium businesses by providing high-quality, affordable, and customizable branded packaging and merchandise.
We aren't just a printing company; we are a technology bridge that connects design to doorstep. As we scale our footprint in India, we are looking for an operations powerhouse to lead our Jaipur hub.
Role DescriptionAs the Business Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our Indian operations. This isn't a "desk-only" job—it’s a high-impact leadership role where you will manage our network of Print Service Providers (PSPs), ensure every order meets global quality standards, and optimize the unit economics of our fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities - Vendor Ecosystem Management: Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality print partners in Jaipur and beyond. You’ll be responsible for negotiating rates and ensuring 100% capacity utilization.
- Quality Control & Fulfillment: Own the end-to-end order lifecycle. From file prep to final packaging, you ensure the customer gets exactly what they saw on screen.
- Process Engineering: We are a startup. You will design, implement, and "break" workflows to find the most efficient way to scale from 100 to 10,000 orders a month.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage local and national shipping partner relationships to reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) and RTO (Return to Origin) percentages.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with our Mexico-based team to align on global quality standards and tech integrations.
Qualifications - Education: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Experience: 3 -6 years in high-growth environments (E-commerce, Logistics, or Manufacturing).
- The "Hustle" Factor: A proven track record of solving complex "on-the-ground" problems under tight deadlines.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can you build a dashboard?) and comfort with ERP/CRM tools.
- Communication: Native-level fluency in Hindi (to talk to vendors) and professional English (to report to global leadership).
- Residency: Currently based in Jaipur. Please do NOT apply if you don't live in Jaipur.
