Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Operations Manager at Mindtune Learning. The Business Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that processes, workflows, and systems run efficiently across the organization. This role will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage operational projects and programs, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service quality. The Business Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership on planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while supporting finance-related tasks such as monitoring expenses and preparing reports. Responsibilities also include developing and documenting standard operating procedures, optimizing tools and platforms, and ensuring smooth communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to design, optimize, and manage day-to-day processes.
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in Program Management to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Finance skills to support budgeting, expense tracking, basic financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience in education, coaching, consulting, or a mission-driven organization is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
