A hands-on business operations manager who works closely with the CEO/COO to drive Operations, client delivery, and business growth. This role requires someone who can switch between strategy and execution, solve problems on the go, and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CEO priorities to execution, acting as a hands-on problem solver and central coordinator across teams
- Define and track KPIs, analyse performance, and establish governance and ensure operational discipline
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and proactively manage client issues, escalations, and satisfaction
- Oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
- Help build a sales team and support business growth through client acquisition and account expansion
Skills & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT/software services (delivery/operations/project management background preferred)
- Strong exposure to client management, project governance, and cross-functional execution
- Excellent analytical ability (KPIs, dashboards, reporting, Excel/Sheets)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, CRM systems is a plus
