About the Role
Joblet.ai is hiring a Business Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our company. You will work across revenue operations, vendor management, internal processes, and cross-functional project execution—ensuring that as we grow, we grow efficiently. This is a high-impact generalist role designed for someone who loves solving complex, ambiguous operational problems.
What You Will Do
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across our sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Revenue Operations (RevOps): Own revenue operations, including pipeline tracking, forecasting processes, and the optimization of go-to-market (GTM) tooling.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead critical projects that require tight coordination across engineering, product, finance, and commercial teams.
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting systems that give executive leadership real-time visibility into business performance.
- Vendor & Systems Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts; evaluate, select, and implement new internal tools and software systems.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they turn into structural problems.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4–7 years of professional experience in business operations, revenue operations, or management consulting. (Note: Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred).
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the proven ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping the ball.
- Technical Chops: Strong proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar) and enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical with deep experience building operational models and KPI frameworks from scratch.
- Communication & Collaboration: A clear, concise communicator and collaborative partner who has mastered the art of influencing without formal authority.
