Our mission is to build a low-GI, health-focused food ecosystem, delivering clean, traceable, and naturally cultivated products while empowering farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture.
🚀 Role Overview
Focus: End-to-End Startup Operations (BAU)
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn, execute, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Operational Backbone
Manage end-to-end B2B and B2C operations, including order management, inventory coordination, and last-mile delivery execution
🔹 Customer Excellence
Own customer experience by:
Resolving queries
Collecting and analyzing feedback
Driving improvements in product and service quality
🔹 Revenue & Growth Support
Identify new market opportunities
Assist in sales tracking, reporting, and process optimization
Contribute to scaling operations from 1x to 10x
🔹 MIS & Financial Awareness
Support preparation of MIS reports and basic financial tracking
Work closely with stakeholders for data-driven decision-making
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
BBA / MBA (Fresher or 6–12 months experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking
Good analytical mindset
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
High ownership, eagerness to learn, and passion to build something meaningful
💼 Compensation & Growth
CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum
