Destro AI is building the intelligence layer for robotics — the system that tells robots and humans what to do across complex real-world operations.
Founded by former leaders from HAI Robotics, Dexterity, and Matic, Destro is built on a simple thesis: robotics has solved movement, but not decision-making.
At the core of Destro is MothershipOS — a centralized brain that coordinates robots, humans, and workflows in real time. Unlike traditional systems that rely on local intelligence on each robot, Destro brings global intelligence across the entire operation.

About the Role
- This is a core operations role working directly with the founders.
- You will help run the company day-to-day — ensuring hiring, vendor setup, internal execution, and customer-facing operations all stay on track.
- This role is about execution and ownership.
- You will make sure things get done, follow through across teams, and build the structure needed to scale the company.
What You’ll Do
- Set up core business operations infrastructure (bookkeeping, benefits, compliance, equity systems)
- Own hiring coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking
- Drive internal execution by tracking development work and ensuring follow-through
- Run customer project meetings and ensure actions convert into progress
- Support sales operations, pipeline tracking, and deal coordination
- Help set up and manage India office operations and administrative workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong operator with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in business operations, project coordination, or startup operations
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep things organized under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive accountability across teams
- Someone who takes ownership and ensures things get done
Strong pluses:
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Exposure to hiring coordination, vendor management, or finance ops
- Experience supporting customer projects or sales operations
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Carta, CRM systems, or project management tools
