Role Description The Business Operations Intern (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily operational activities, including data collection, documentation, and process coordination across different teams. Responsibilities include assisting with workflow management, preparing basic reports and presentations, tracking key operational metrics, and helping streamline internal processes. The intern will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to problem-solving efforts, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, including spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation software.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the edtech industry and familiarity with online learning platforms will be an added advantage.
