Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Wardha for a Business Operations Intern. The intern will be responsible for supporting business operations by analyzing and optimizing workflows, assisting with business analysis, and contributing to the smooth execution of operational tasks. They will work closely with teams to enhance processes, provide customer support, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Operations, including workflow optimization and process improvements
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities
- Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries effectively
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Management, B.Com, MBA, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for data management, reporting, documentation, and analysis
- Proficiency in essential software tools and data analysis platforms is a plus
