Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage Campus Executives / Ambassadors from universities and colleges across the country to strengthen brand presence and student engagement.
Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and schools for conducting workshops, boot camps, competitions, events, and learning programs in both online and offline modes.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, follow-ups, and presentations, while converting prospects into successful enrollments and long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to understand student interests, career aspirations, and skill gaps across different cities, and identify opportunities to improve offerings.
Lead expansion initiatives by entering new colleges, universities, and schools, increasing market reach, and establishing a strong presence in untapped regions.
Improve business performance by refining sales pitches, increasing conversion rates, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, partnerships, and growth strategies while delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Compensation :
Probation Period (3 months): ₹15,000/month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
First 10 working days: On-the-job training (unpaid)
Post Confirmation: ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2.4 LPA (Variable, uncapped)
