Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operations Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The role involves overseeing and streamlining daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing projects, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project management, and process optimization skills.
- Analytical skills to identify gaps and create data-driven solutions for operational improvement.
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with business analytics tools and general understanding of financial planning and strategy.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or technical field.
- Experience in EdTech or a similar industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
