Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Business Operations Executive is based in Nashik. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing operational workflows, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing data for business strategies. The executive will also oversee trade operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement performance-driven processes. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration with stakeholders to contribute to seamless and efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Operational management, process optimization, and workflow analysis skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
- Experience in compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements related to trading or financial operations
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Expertise in using CRM software and trade-related platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
