We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations and work closely with the founder.
The role involves managing spreadsheets, coordinating with vendors, handling orders and logistics, and ensuring ongoing work is organised and executed properly.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain Excel sheets, trackers, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement
• Track orders, deliveries, and logistics
• Support project coordination and day-to-day operations
• Assist with documentation and basic communication
Requirements
• Prior experience in operations, coordination, or similar roles
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Organised and reliable
• Based in Kolkata or able to join immediately
