About the Role

SOLO Network is the flagship product of SPARK+, built as an AI-powered upskilling and credential-first infrastructure for learners, institutions, and employers. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings online, including product demos and presentations.
- Follow up regularly with leads, prospects, and partners in a structured and professional way.
- Support lead generation through outreach, networking, platform engagement, and relationship building.
- Represent SPARK+ and SOLO in virtual events, webinars, online meetups, and community sessions.
- Support SOLO upskilling initiatives by coordinating with employers, learners, institutions, and community partners.
- Build strong relationships with institutions, employers, and learners to make SOLO upskilling initiatives successful.
- Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, product documents, and other business communication material.
- Support partnership discussions, coordination, and communication with external stakeholders.
- Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities for SPARK+, SOLO Network, and SPARK+ Academia.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with clients and presenting ideas
- Some exposure to sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships are fine)
- Basic understanding of SaaS products or digital platforms
- Ability to explain products clearly during demos (training will be provided)
- Good follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and stay consistent

- Experience with SaaS product demos or client presentations
- Exposure to events, networking, or marketing activities
