About the Role
This is a direct-to-founder role. You'll work alongside Ram Chella, who is building RevOn Coach (a BPO call coaching SaaS). Both are early-stage and moving fast.
The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Ram should be spending his time on product, sales, and strategy. Everything else — CRM hygiene, research, scheduling, follow-ups, task management, content execution — is yours.
This is not an admin role. There's no one to hand things off to. You see what needs to happen, and you make it happen.
What You'll Own
- Calendar and scheduling — own Ram's time so no meeting is missed and no prep is skipped
- Email triage — read, flag, and draft responses for non-strategic threads
- Zoho CRM — keep the pipeline clean, stages updated, contacts current
- ClickUp — own task hygiene across both companies; nothing goes stale
- Prospect research — build BPO target lists for the Sales Lead; profile key prospects before meetings
- Meeting briefs — 1-page prep document before every important call, with context and talking points
- Follow-up execution — after meetings, send the follow-up, update the CRM, log the next step
- LinkedIn content execution — once Ram sets the direction, you draft and schedule the posts
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a startup, consulting firm, or founder's office — not a large corporate
- You've managed multiple things at once and never dropped a ball
- Comfortable with tools: CRM (Zoho or similar), project management (ClickUp or similar), Google Workspace
- Good written English — you'll be drafting emails and content that goes out under the company's name
- Proactive, not reactive — you surface problems before they become fires
- Based in India; available during IST hours with occasional overlap for UK/US calls
