About the Role
You will learn and then own the end-to-end operations of immigration case preparation. That means taking a client from signed engagement all the way to a filed petition: recommendation letters, evidence exhibits, supporting documents, all drafted, reviewed, organized, and delivered on time.
This is not a legal research role. It is an operations role in a legal domain. We need someone who builds systems, manages timelines, and uses AI tools to produce work at 5x the speed of a traditional legal team. You do not need a legal background. You will learn immigration law during onboarding. What you cannot learn on the job is how to be resourceful, organized, and relentlessly effective.
Expect a real learning curve. We will invest heavily in training you during your first weeks. In return, we expect you to absorb fast, ask sharp questions, and start producing quality work quickly. This role rewards people who learn by doing, not people who need hand-holding.
