Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operations and Franchise Executive, located in Noida. The executive will manage business operations with a focus on supporting franchise collaborations, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance metrics, understanding and addressing franchisee concerns, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves contributing to operational strategies, providing support to enhance system engagement, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations and business management, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of franchise management, engagement with partners, and ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Excellent communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, monitoring performance metrics, and developing improvement strategies
- Familiarity with technology solutions and software systems relevant to business operations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders in a professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in the garment care or laundry industry would be a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
