Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad, India. The Business Operations analyst will oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing pricing and customer contracts processes, permitting process management as well as supporting marketing and sales initiatives. The role also involves working closely with leadership to drive organizational growth and ensure effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• 1-2 Years Experience in Operations and Project Management to drive operational efficiency and project delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel and analytics pltform
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
