Role OverviewThe Analyst (Operations & Facility Maintenance) will be responsible for reviewing operational workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve overall business efficiency. The role also supports facility operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and maintenance of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety risks
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage utilities and resources efficiently to optimize usage
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency situations
- Control maintenance costs through effective planning and monitoring
- Support cleanliness standards, fire safety systems, and overall facility efficiency
- Analyze operational data and support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance
Qualifications- Willingness to work in night shift
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Understanding of basic repair and maintenance concepts
- Team player mindset
- Minimal to moderate calling required
Technical Requirements- Laptop is mandatory
- Stable high-speed WiFi connection required (standard quality internet required for remote work)
