The Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Onboarding & Success Lead to take ownership of end-user adoption and ensure every family in these communities is set up for success.
This role starts as an internship with a direct, performance-based conversion to a full-time position. Your primary mission is to drive 100% adoption of our Basic Safety and Ultra Safety packages across our partnered properties. You will be the trusted advisor to the adult children/families of the residents, guiding them through our technology, alleviating privacy concerns, and ultimately onboarding them as NoBlink users.
What You Will Do:
- Drive Adoption & Conversion: Take full ownership of the activation funnel for families within our partnered properties, turning resident lists into active NoBlink users.
- Consultative Success: Act as the primary point of contact for families, deeply understanding their concerns regarding their aging parents and mapping our technology to their peace of mind.
- On-Ground Community Engagement: Travel to partner properties to organize, host, and lead offline community events, product demonstrations, and town-hall discussions with residents and facility staff.
- Digital Outreach: Conduct online webinars and one-on-one virtual meetings with the families (the kids) who may not live locally but are making the onboarding decisions.
- Pipeline & Goal Management: Track engagement, follow up with families, and hit conversion and onboarding targets for these specific accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- Hungry & Consultative: You might be early in your career, but you have a natural knack for consultative sales, account management, or customer success, and you are eager to prove yourself and secure a full-time role.
- High Empathy & Maturity: You are comfortable, tactful, and deeply empathetic when talking to families about the safety, health, and aging of their parents.
- Excellent Presenter: You are confident standing in front of a room of residents or hosting a Zoom call with multiple family members.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You don't wait for customers to come to you. You proactively strategize on how to educate and onboard every single family associated with a partnered property.
Logistics & Requirements
- In-Office: This is a fully in-office role operating out of our Bangalore workspace.
- Travel-Ready: You must be willing to travel frequently to our partner properties for events, onboarding coordination, and relationship building.
- Career Trajectory: This is an intern-to-FTE track. Prove you can hit adoption targets and manage these accounts, and a full-time offer will be waiting for you.
