Position: Business Model & Strategy Intern
Location: Thane
Duration: 2–3 Months (extendable)
🧩 About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical intern to work directly with the founder on improving business models, identifying profit leakages, and exploring new revenue opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Break down current projects into cost components (labour, material, overhead, margin)
- Identify profit leakages and inefficiencies
- Build and refine a Business Model Canvas for the company
- Research new business opportunities (construction tech, infra supply)
- Assist in financial modeling and unit economics
- Visit sites to understand real execution challenges
- Prepare structured reports and presentations
🎓 Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed:
- MBA (Strategy / Finance / Operations)
- OR BBA / BMS / Economics
- OR Engineering (Civil) with business interest
🛠 Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple structures
- Clear communication (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of how businesses make money
⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Knowledge of construction workflows (RCC, MIVAN, etc.)
- Experience with financial modeling
- Curiosity about infrastructure
