Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The Business & Marketing role involves developing and implementing effective business plans, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality customer service. The individual will actively participate in strategic planning, assist in improving organizational efficiency, and contribute to marketing initiatives to promote the organization’s vision and mission.

• Salary from 15k

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills and aptitude for Business Planning
• Solid foundation in Business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in marketing, business development, or related roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
