Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Business & Marketing professional. The selected candidate will oversee the development and execution of strategic business plans, collaborate on marketing campaigns, provide exceptional customer service, and engage with stakeholders and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing reports, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting communication and planning initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
• Strong foundation in Business operations and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction
• Ability to adapt and contribute effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in business and marketing will be an advantage
• Proficiency in using business tools and software is a plus
