Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Business & Marketing professional. The selected candidate will oversee the development and execution of strategic business plans, collaborate on marketing campaigns, provide exceptional customer service, and engage with stakeholders and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing reports, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting communication and planning initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
- Strong foundation in Business operations and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction
- Ability to adapt and contribute effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in business and marketing will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using business tools and software is a plus
