This fully remote role supports US time-zone operations, driving revenue, delivery quality and operational improvements for US-based accounts.
Primary Title: Business Manager - US Shift (Remote)
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end account performance for assigned US clients: revenue growth, margin management and delivery against SLAs.
- Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting, pipeline reviews and financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Serve as primary client liaison during US business hours—resolve escalations, ensure contract compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Talent) to deliver service commitments and continuous process improvements.
- Define and monitor KPIs, produce actionable insights from data, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Lead operational initiatives—process standardization, playbook creation and onboarding improvements—to scale US-shift operations.
