Business Manager - Sales Business Development
Location: Mira Road - East, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Client Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new clients by developing and executing targeted outreach strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure recruitment assignments.
- Strategic Networking: Leverage professional networks, industry events, and online platforms to identify potential clients and Develop partnerships with industry associations and other relevant entities to enhance the firm's visibility
Revenue Management
- Revenue Target Achievement: Ensure to meet or exceed revenue Develop strategies to maximize profitability, including optimizing pricing models and service offerings.

Team Leadership
- Team Development: Build and strengthen the business development team in a phased manner with focus on future expansion. Provide structured training and ongoing support at a later stage to enhance their capabilities in client and candidate management, ensuring alignment with individual and organizational goals.
- Motivation and Engagement: Foster a positive and motivating work environment where team members are encouraged to perform at their Recognize and reward high performance and address underperformance promptly and effectively.
