Role Description The Business Manager / Area Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Surendranagar, Gandhidham, Dahod, Godhra, Himmatnagar, & Jamnagar. responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across multiple locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing branch or area performance, overseeing sales and customer acquisition, and ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing in line with company policies. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, dealerships, and lending institutions, tracking key performance metrics, and implementing local strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets. The Business Manager / Area Manager will also lead and mentor on-ground teams, monitor compliance, resolve customer issues promptly, and provide regular business updates and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or auto finance.
- Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and performance monitoring across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, dealer/channel partner management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to analyse data, track KPIs, and use basic reporting tools or CRM systems to drive decision-making.
- Sound understanding of lending workflows, credit processes, and compliance or risk guidelines in financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort with technology-driven processes and digital platforms; willingness to work on-site in mentioned areas and travel within the assigned area as needed.
