Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site field role for a Business Manager, with open positions in Hyderabad (Kukatpally) and Kurnool. The Business Manager will represent Austrak's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, conducting regular field visits, identifying new business opportunities, and providing market and competitor insights to the management team. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order management and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to confidently engage with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, or Hindi.
- A valid driving license is mandatory; must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and relocate if required.
- Marketing skills and a professional, confident presence.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical field representation is preferred.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive territory performance.
💰 Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
