Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Operations Management:
• Assist in managing daily spa operations
• Coordinate therapist schedules and service bookings
• Ensure treatment rooms and facilities are ready for clients
• Monitor inventory of spa products, oils, towels, etc.
• Client Experience:
• Handle client check-ins and appointment coordination
• Ensure guests have a smooth and premium experience
• Address customer queries and basic concerns
• Collect customer feedback and reviews
• Marketing & Promotions:
• Assist in creating and posting social media content
• Coordinate local promotions, partnerships, and collaborations (gyms, salons, cafes, etc.)
• Help design posters, banners, and promotional creatives
• Support campaigns and offers.
• Business Development:
• Identify potential collaboration opportunities
• Assist in outreach to local businesses and influencers
• Support events, promotional activations, or partnerships
• Reporting & Admin:
• Maintain daily MIS reports
• Track appointments, walk-ins, and revenue numbers
• Support management with basic operational reporting
