Role Description The Business Manager (Interior Industry) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination between design, execution, and vendor teams. The Business Manager will manage client relationships, conduct regular review meetings, track project milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Daily activities include monitoring financial performance, preparing business reports, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and profitability. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused environment in line with SpazioLiv’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong business management skills, including operations oversight, budgeting, and project coordination within the interior design, construction, or related industry.
- Experience in client relationship management, including handling inquiries, negotiations, and post-project support with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, procurement, and execution teams, and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
- Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools; familiarity with interior design workflows or related industry processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Interior Design Management, or a related field; relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in the interior design, architectural, or real estate sector in Pune or similar markets is preferred.
