💼 Position: Business Manager / Sales Manager
📍 Locations: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon
💰 Salary: Up to ₹5-5.5 LPA + Huge Incentives + Free Mediclaim (Company-Paid)
🔥 What You’ll Do:
Identify & onboard potential DSAs and channel partners from the open market
Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners
Provide daily operational support to your partners
Drive monthly sales targets and achieve key business metrics
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales mindset with excellent rapport-building & negotiation skills
Good communication (written & verbal)
Experience in NBFC / DSA, preferably in home loans or LAP
Own vehicle & strong local market network (preferred)
Fluency in regional language is a plus
