Business Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 in-hand per month + Uncapped Incentives
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (IST)
Preferred Candidate:
- MBA graduates from Tier 1 institutes such as IIMs, FMS Delhi, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI Gurgaon, IIFT, ISB, NMIMS, and Symbiosis.
- Outstanding academic background with 90%+ in both 10th and 12th standards.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and consultative selling capability.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Prior internship/project exposure in sales, consulting, customer success, or business development preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned accounts—from onboarding and relationship management to upselling and renewals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client requirements and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to build long-term relationships and maximize retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and quick resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain detailed client interactions and sales updates in CRM systems.
- Participate actively in training sessions, LMS modules, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Drive strategic account conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze account performance metrics and recommend growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Support leadership in building scalable client engagement and retention frameworks.
