Business Manager – (Interior Firm)
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Working Days: 6 days/week | Tuesday fixed off
Role Overview: We are looking for experienced and result-driven professionals to take on the role of Business Manager. This position requires a balance of individual contribution and team leadership, ensuring strong sales performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales with strategic revenue growth by designing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue generation
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent target achievement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
Key Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in EdTech or Real Estate or Interior Sales
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership
- Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
