Business Manager- D2C E-Commerce

At SaberSQ, we are building modern consumer brands that combine strong identity, culture, storytelling, and commerce. We are looking for a highly driven Business Manager who wants to build brands hands-on — not just manage reports.
This is for someone who has the hunger to scale brands, solve problems daily, and take ownership across e-commerce, marketing, product, and sales operations.
You may currently be working in a mid-level role at an established fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brand — but want more ownership, speed, and impact.
Role Overview
You will manage the day-to-day business and growth operations of portfolio of our own D2C and E-commerce brands across marketplace platforms and websites.
Your responsibility will be to ensure that the brands grow consistently across:
- Sales
- Marketing performance
- Product execution
- E-commerce operations
- Team coordination
- Profitability and budgets
- Brand consistency
You will work directly with the founder and help drive execution across all business functions. Founder has been the part of fashion and retail industry for the past 25+ years.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Sales Management
- Manage daily operations across Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and other marketplaces
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, repeat purchase, inventory movement, and profitability
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency
- Coordinate launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Marketing & Growth
- Work closely with performance marketing and creative teams
- Guide Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer campaigns, content, and retention activities
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure marketing budgets are utilized efficiently
- Improve customer acquisition and brand visibility
Product & Merchandising
- Coordinate for product and sourcing.
- Help decide collections, pricing, product launches, and stock planning
- Track product performance and customer feedback
Team Management
- Guide and coordinate team members across functions of e-commerce, marketing, social media and creative.
- Conduct daily and weekly reviews.
- Ensure teams execute tasks aligned with brand and sales goals
- Build accountability and execution discipline
Business & Brand Ownership
- Maintain brand positioning and consistency across platforms
- Create weekly business reports and action plans
- Take ownership of growth targets and execution
Who We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or e-commerce brands
- Experience managing business operations, e-commerce, or brand growth
- Strong understanding of Shopify, marketplaces, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
- Hands-on mindset — willing to execute, not only delegate
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High ownership mentality and execution speed
- Entrepreneurial thinking with strong growth hunger
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Worked in fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands
- Experience scaling a D2C brand
- Understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing metrics
- Experience handling agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology
Compensation
- ₹8–10 LPA (depending on capability and ownership level)
