Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru as a Business Manager for Commercial Interiors. The primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end Sales cycle, project delivery, overseeing planning and execution, and ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing vendor partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving effective communication between all parties. The Business Manager will contribute to strategy, Sales, resource planning, and creating scalable interior delivery solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales,, planning, and end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects
- Strong skills in vendor management, resource coordination, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in business communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration
- An understanding of cost optimization and budgeting for large-scale commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of design intelligence and construction standards in the interior design industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience in managing scalable solutions for multi-location projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Preferred candidate for interior industry only.
