Role Overview:
-We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and scale our regional sales operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
-Build, manage and expand distributor & dealer networks.
-Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion.
-Ensure effective retail execution, visibility and branding.
-Analyze competitor activity and market trends.
-Lead, mentor and train sales teams and channel partners
-Monitor performance metrics, reporting and demand forecasting
Requirements:
-Experience: In sales (consumer durables/kitchen appliances preferred)
-Strong experience in managing and scaling regional markets.
-Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
-Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setup.
Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000/month
