Job Title: Business Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong experience in Government and Enterprise Sales within the IT domain. The candidate will be responsible for driving business across cloud and cyber security solutions, managing key government and enterprise accounts, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Government and Enterprise B2B sales for cloud and cyber security solutions
- Manage and develop relationships with government departments, PSUs, and enterprise clients
- Identify and work on RFPs, tenders, and GeM opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, references, and market intelligence
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business and security requirements
- Pitch solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cyber security offerings
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Government Sales / Enterprise Sales (IT / Cloud / Cyber Security)
- Proven experience in handling tenders, RFPs, and GeM portal
- Strong experience in business development and account management
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of cyber security solutions and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience handling large enterprise/government clients and long sales cycles
- Ability to conduct client meetings and close deals
- Preference for candidates with experience in Cloud Sales / Cyber Security Sales / Hybrid IT solutions
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience selling cyber security solutions (Firewall, SIEM, SOC, IAM, Endpoint Security)
- Familiarity with leading security vendors (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.)
- Understanding of compliance and security frameworks
- Experience working with OEMs and system integrators
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- MBA or relevant business qualification
