Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role based in New Delhi. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, leading teams, streamlining processes, building partnerships, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Operations, Strategic Planning, and Project Management
- Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Cost Optimization
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making Skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare or Hospital Supply Industry is an advantage
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Proficiency in Business Analytics, Reporting, and Process Improvement
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
