Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Manager. The Business Manager will oversee daily business operations, develop growth strategies, analyze market trends, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities also include financial management, team leadership, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning business goals with overall company objectives. The role demands strategic planning, budgeting, and fostering partnerships to create long-term success for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Client relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in operations management and process optimization
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields (MBA preferred)
- Familiarity with the home interior design industry is a plus
