Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of a Business Manager. The Business Manager will oversee end-to-end business operations, develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets, and manage a team to deliver consistent and productive outcomes. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including banks and financial institutions, identify market opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. Managing reports, analyzing business performance, and ensuring operational efficiency will also be key components of your role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Outreach
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Sales Management, and Team Leadership
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and related services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly regarded but not mandatory
