Business Manager Bangalore | Full-Time | Work from Office (Mon–Sat)
Compensation: ₹15L – ₹18L Fixed + Commission on Revenue Expansion

Revspot is an AI-native revenue orchestration platform built for high-ticket B2C businesses in India. We integrate lead generation and structured qualification into a single operating layer so marketing spend translates into validated, sales-ready buyers. Customers operate through one coordinated revenue system instead of fragmented agencies and manual workflows.
We are hiring Business Managers to own and grow a portfolio of accounts.
Role OverviewYou will run a set of customer accounts as a business. This includes revenue growth, client relationships, delivery quality and margin.
This is a commercial role with direct ownership of outcomes.
What You Will Own- Revenue and margin across your portfolio of accounts
- Month-on-month growth through expansion and retention
- Primary relationships with client stakeholders
- Alignment between campaign performance and revenue outcomes
- Identification and resolution of funnel gaps
- Driving increased budget deployment based on performance
- Coordination across internal teams (performance, creative, operations, qualification)
What We Are Looking For- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, account management or growth roles
- Strong experience handling accounts or revenue targets
- Solid understanding of performance marketing or sales funnels
- Ability to connect marketing activity with revenue outcomes
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
Preferred experience in:
- Real Estate
- Education / EdTech
- Wealth / BFSI (non-core banking)
- Automotive
